对消失模铸造椭圆管铸铁冷却壁进行了热态试验,发现影响热效性的主要因素为炉气温度和冷却水速度。对比分析了圆管型和椭圆管型铸铁冷却壁的传热性能。利用传热学理论计算了铸铁冷却壁热面与炉气之间的传热系数,最后验证了数值模拟方法的准确性。结果表明,炉气温度对壁体温度的影响较大;在相同炉气温度和相同供水条件下,椭圆管型冷却壁比圆管型冷却壁传热性能更好;数值模拟计算与热态试验结果偏差较小。
The thermal test of the lost foam cast oval tube cast iron stave was carried out and found that the main factors affecting the thermal efficiency are the gas temperature and the cooling water velocity. The heat transfer performance of circular tube and oval tubular cast iron stave was compared and analyzed. The heat transfer coefficient between the hot surface of the cast iron cooling wall and the furnace gas was calculated by the heat transfer theory. Finally, the accuracy of the numerical simulation method was verified. The results show that the temperature of the furnace gas has a great influence on the temperature of the wall. Under the same temperature of the furnace and the same water supply conditions, the heat transfer performance of the elliptical tube is better than that of the circular tube.
