教师是课程教学的主导者,起着引导、组织作用,对提高课程教学有效性有着不可替代的重要作用。根据课程教学要求和小学生的语言学习认知规律组织好教学,能够激发小学生学习英语的主观能动性和兴趣,提高他们的听、说、读、写等方面的能力。教师组织好课程教学应该围绕发挥学习主体作用、优化丰富教学资源、倡导活动实践等方面要求,优化教学策略,增强小学生的语言学习情感体验,提高他们的语言学习和使用能力。
Teacher is the leader of the course teaching, plays a guiding and organizing role, and plays an irreplaceable important role in improving the teaching effectiveness of the course. According to the teaching requirements and primary school students’ language learning and cognitive rules organization of teaching, can stimulate primary students to learn the subjective initiative and interest in English, improve their listening, speaking, reading and writing ability.
