用气相色谱和色谱-质谱-计算机联用系统对川芎地上部分挥发油的化学组成进行了定性定量研究。共鉴定了46个成分,占挥发油总组成的85.82%。
The chemical composition of the volatile oil of aerial parts of Rhizoma Chuanxiong was qualitatively and quantitatively studied by GC and GC-MS. A total of 46 components were identified, accounting for 85.82% of the total composition of volatile oils.
