目的建立同时检测肉源性食品中沙丁胺醇、莱克多巴胺和克仑特罗的HPLC测定法。方法样品经60%乙醇提取后,将碱性提取液加乙醚萃取,然后过弱阳离子交换SPE小柱净化。采用C18色谱柱、以乙腈和pH3的0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钠作流动相,DAD作光谱分析定性。结果方法定量准确,线性好,相关系数r>0.999,相对标准偏差(RSD)均<5%,加标回收率在70.8~81.7%之间。结论本法操作简便,结果准确,可用于同时测定肉制品中的沙丁胺醇、莱克多巴胺和克仑特罗三种β-兴奋剂。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of albuterol, ractopamine and clenbuterol in meat-derived foods. Method After the sample was extracted with 60% ethanol, the alkaline extract was extracted with ether and then purified by weak cation exchange SPE cartridge. C18 column, acetonitrile and pH3 0.01mol / L sodium dihydrogen phosphate as mobile phase, DAD for spectral analysis qualitative. Results The method was accurate and linear. The correlation coefficient was> 0.999. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were all less than 5%. The recoveries were in the range of 70.8 ~ 81.7%. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate and can be used for the simultaneous determination of salbutamol, ractopamine and clenbuterol in meat products.
