摇绳两人的两手各执两绳的一端面对面站立,两绳不交叉。摇绳时,同一绳对应的两人手臂动作方向一致,使两绳和对应手臂在竖直方向上同时分别到达最高点和最低点成“梭”形,在横向水平方向上同时到达同一侧的最远端成“月芽”形。由于摇绳两人手臂同时做类似于太极拳中云手动作的手臂动作,故称为“云手大绳”。通过教学实践,笔者摸索出了一套有效的云手大绳教学方法。
