采用等离子一步喷焊法和二步喷焊法,在热锻模膜腔内,用Cr3C2含量分别为10%、20%和30%的Ni60-Cr3C2粉末制备覆层;并对覆层进行显微组织分析和显微硬度测试,以及覆层的热物性参数进行检测。实验结果表明,采用等离子一步喷焊法,配比为90%Ni60+10%Cr3C2的粉末得到涂层性能最好,同时具有良好的显微硬度和热物性。
In the hot forging die cavity, the coating was prepared with Ni60-Cr3C2 powders with Cr3C2 content of 10%, 20% and 30% respectively by plasma spraying and two-step spray welding. The coating was microscopically Tissue analysis and microhardness testing, as well as the thermal properties of the coating parameters were tested. The experimental results show that the powder coating with 90% Ni60 + 10% Cr3C2 powder has the best coating performance and good microhardness and thermal properties by the plasma one-step spray welding.
