采用冷喷涂方法制备Ni/Ti混合涂层,通过后续热处理研究Ni/Ti涂层中的扩散反应,并采用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪对热处理后涂层的显微结构和形貌及相组成进行了表征。结果表明,低熔共晶物(β-Ti+Ti2Ni)易在富Ti核和Ti2Ni的界面或在Ti核中央形成,当热处理温度超过共晶反应温度时,低熔点共晶物发生熔化,从而在涂层的富Ti区域产生孔洞,涂层中的孔隙可以通过β-Ti的数量及分布进行控制。
The Ni / Ti mixed coating was prepared by cold spraying method. The diffusion reaction in Ni / Ti coating was studied by subsequent heat treatment.
