食物中毒常发生在军队、工厂等集体单位。1956年以前,部队年发病率比较高。由于卫生防病工作的加强,食物中毒在我部的发生率虽然逐渐降低,但由于多种原因,仍未能完全杜绝发生。1955~1973年,我部先后发生了×××次,共有××××人中毒,平均每次中毒近40人。由于食物中毒发病非常急,常在极短时间内出现成批病人,不仅危害指战员的健康,削弱部队的战斗力,而且给救治工作也带来一定困难。毛主席教导我们:“需要把我们工作中的主要经验,包括成功的经验和错误的经验,加以总结,使那些有益的经验得到推广,而从那些错误的经验中取得教训。”遵照毛主席的教导,下面对我部19年来发生的食物中毒,做一初步的流行病学分析,以便从中吸取经验教训,做为今后预防食物中毒的借鉴。一、引起食物中毒的食品能引起食物中毒的食品种类很多。我部
