甜菜坏死黄脉病毒(IBNYVV)外壳蛋白分子量的测定

通过对甜菜坏死黄脉病毒提纯液进行紫外扫描，获得了典型的核蛋白曲线，ＯＤ２８０／ＯＤ２６０＝０．９０１，推算病毒液浓度约为０．５８ｍｇ／ｍｌ。采用ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ测定证实ＢＮＹＶＶ只有１种蛋白亚基，分子量为２０７４９道尔顿。

A typical nuclear protein curve was obtained by UV scanning of the beet necrotic vein virus, OD280 / OD260 = 0.901, and the estimated virus concentration was about 0.58mg / ml. SDS-PAGE assay confirmed that BNYVV has only one protein subunit with a molecular weight of 20749 Daltons.
