近日,白云纸业被河南省造纸工业协会授予2012年度河南省造纸工业“十强企业”荣誉称号,这也是白云纸业自2005年以来,连续8年蝉联此项殊荣;与此同时,公司还作为河南造纸行业中仅有的两家企业,被河南省财贸轻纺烟草工会、河南省造纸工业协会评为“关爱职工示范企业”。2012年,公司通过实施“三项制度”改革,精简机构、对服务型设施进行合理外包、建立以利润为导向考核体系和薪酬制度,激发了公司活力,提高了企业的抗风险能力。
