目的:观察温中消疡汤与三联疗法联合治疗对胃溃疡患者黏膜微血管形态、组织成熟度和功能成熟度的影响。方法:选取2015年1月~2016年5月我院收治的胃溃疡患者82例,根据患者入院治疗时间顺序,将82例患者分为对照组及观察组,每组患者41例。对照组患者采用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林和克拉霉素三联疗法进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者治疗的基础上联合温中消疡汤进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后黏膜微血管形态、组织成熟度和功能成熟度情况。结果观察组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组(95.12%vs 80.48%),两组患者临床疗效比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后黏膜微血管规则者为36例(87.80%),明显高于对照组患者24例(58.53%),两组数据差异就有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后胶原纤维沉积面积、因子Ⅷ表达、羟脯氨酸含量水平均出现明显变化,呈现上升趋势(P<0.05),其中观察组患者胶原纤维沉积面积、因子Ⅷ表达、羟脯氨酸含量水平上升幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论:温中消疡汤与三联疗法联合治疗胃溃疡患者临床疗效佳,能有效改善胃溃疡患者黏膜微血管形态并提高组织成熟度及功能成熟度,安全性高,值得临床运用推广。
Objective: To observe the effect of Wenzhongxieyu Decoction and triple therapy on mucosal microvascular morphology, tissue maturation and functional maturation in patients with gastric ulcer. Methods: 82 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were selected. According to the order of patients’ admission, 82 patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 41 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole, amoxicillin and clarithromycin triple therapy. The patients in the observation group were treated with Wenzhongxinkang Decoction on the basis of the treatment of patients in the control group. The clinical efficacy, mucosal microvessel morphology, tissue maturation and functional maturation were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (95.12% vs 80.48%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The observation group had 36 cases of microvascular regulation %) Was significantly higher than that of the control group (24 cases, 58.53%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, collagen deposition area, factor Ⅷ expression, hydroxyproline content (P <0.05). Conclusion: Wenzhongxuyin Decoction combined with triple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer patients with good clinical efficacy, can effectively improve gastric mucosal microvascular morphology and improve tissue maturity and functional maturity of patients with gastric ulcer, high safety, it is worth promoting the clinical application.
