目的:研究传染病在人群中的发生、发展及分布的规律。方法:收集大连市疾控中心(2002年前为大连市卫生防疫站)1950～2007年的疫情资料汇编及1995～2007年法定传染病订正年度分析报表,对历年的疫情进行统计分析。结果:大连市传染病的发病率与死亡率总体上呈下降趋势,已经消灭或基本消灭了9种甲、乙类法定报告传染病,但进入21世纪以来,一些传染病发病率有所上升,同时出现一些新的传染病和不明原因疾病。结论:为了公众的健康,应普及传染病防治知识,提高公众法律意识,同时采取有效措施降低传染病的发病率。
Objective: To study the occurrence, development and distribution of infectious diseases in the population. Methods: A compilation of epidemic data collected in Dalian Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention (formerly Dalian Municipal Health and Anti-Epidemic Station in 2002) from 1950 to 2007 and a revised annual statistical report on notifiable infectious diseases from 1995 to 2007 were collected to make statistical analysis on the epidemic over the years. Results: The incidence and mortality rate of infectious diseases in Dalian generally dropped. Nine kinds of statutory reporting infectious diseases of A and B have been eliminated or basically eliminated. However, since the 21st century, the incidence of some infectious diseases has risen, At the same time there are some new infectious diseases and unexplained diseases. Conclusion: In order to public health, knowledge of prevention and treatment of infectious diseases should be popularized and public awareness of laws should be popularized and effective measures should be taken to reduce the incidence of infectious diseases.
