随着企业“三项制度”改革的深化,出现了不少女职工下岗,给社会就业和个别人生活上带来了一定的困难。对于这个问题,应该认真研究解决。一、女职工下岗是建立社会主义市场经济体制的必然现象。首先,劳动力资源合理配置,必然会出现女工下岗。市场经济是社会化的商品经济,商品生产者和经营者强调其利益的独立性。在商品生产过程中,人是生产力诸多要素中最活跃的要素,它同其他生产要素一并投入到商品生产中去。这样劳动力在价值规律的驱动下,必然各自向着适合于自己工作岗位的方向流动,逐步趋向合理,实现劳动力资源的优化配置,在这个过程中,必然会出现部分女工暂时下岗。从我国国情讲,一方面我国生产力水平十分低下,大都是手工操作和重体力劳动;另一方面,社会上劳动力又过剩,国民素质较差。这两方面的矛盾,不可避免地会出现女工下岗失

For this issue, we should seriously study and solve. First, the lay-off of female workers is an inevitable phenomenon of establishing a socialist market economic system. First of all, a reasonable allocation of labor resources will inevitably lead to the loss of women workers. Market economy is a socialized commodity economy. Commodity producers and operators emphasize the independence of their interests. In the course of the production of goods, man is the most active element of many elements of productive forces, and is put into the production of commodities in conjunction with other factors of production. Driven by the law of value, such laborers must inevitably move toward the direction suitable for their own jobs and gradually tend to be rational to realize the optimal allocation of labor resources. In this process, some women workers will inevitably be temporarily laid off. In our country's national conditions, on the one hand, the level of productive forces in our country is very low. Most of them are hand-operated and heavy manual labor. On the other hand, there is surplus labor in the society and the quality of the people is poor. The contradiction between these two aspects will inevitably lead to the loss of women workers laid off
