苏联阿塞拜疆机器制造厂最近制造了一套可以修井和完井至5000米深度的自走式修井机机,型号为AKPO—80/400。该修井机包括两套设备:一套是装在自走车上的绞车、洗井泵、猫头轴、测井绞车、井架和折叠式工作台;另一套是挂在自走车后面的拖车,载运着转盘、水龙头、小尺寸防喷设备、机械化大钳和全套工具(如吊卡、扳手等)。该拖车也可以当作水平管子架使用。图1及图2表示全套设备的移运状态和操作状态。
The Azerbaijani Machine Works, the Soviet Union, recently built a self-propelled workover rig for workover and completion to a depth of 5,000 meters, model AKPO-80/400. The workover rig consists of two sets of equipment: one is a winch mounted on a self-propelled vehicle, a flushing pump, a cat’s head shaft, a logging winch, a derrick and a folding workbench; the other is behind a self- Trailer carrying turntables, faucets, small size blowout preventer, mechanized tongs and a full range of tools such as elevators, wrenches and more. The trailer can also be used as a horizontal pipe rack. Figure 1 and Figure 2 show the complete equipment moving state and operating status.
