目的建立黄芩提取物中4种有效成分(黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素和汉黄芩素)同时定量的方法。方法采用超高效液相色谱以ACQUITY UPLCTMBEH C18色谱柱(1.7μm,100×2.1mm),乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液进行梯度洗脱,测定波长280 nm,柱温30℃,流速0.2 ml/min。结果 4种成分的线性关系良好,精密度、稳定性、重复性的RSD均低于3.0%,加样回收率为96.2%~99.6%。结论该方法具有简便、灵敏、准确的特点,适用于产品质量的控制。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 4 active ingredients (baicalin, baicalin, baicalein and wogonin) in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi extracts. Methods The residue was eluted with ACQUITY UPLC TMBEH C18 column (1.7μm, 100 × 2.1mm) and acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid by ultra performance liquid chromatography with a wavelength of 280 nm and a column temperature of 30 ℃ at a flow rate of 0.2 ml / min. Results The linearity of the four components was good. The RSDs of precision, stability and repeatability were all less than 3.0%. The recoveries of four components were 96.2% -99.6%. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and accurate, suitable for product quality control.
