采用复变共形映射理论,对异型材拔制模具及金属塑性变形体进行系统建模,并建立塑性变形体的能量方程,根据极值原理,得到异型材拔制模具优化设计参数,实现了模具技术CAD。
The complex conformal mapping theory is used to systematically model the profiled metal extrusion mold and the metal plastic deformation body. The energy equation of the plastic deformation body is established. According to the extremum principle, the optimal design parameters of the profiled metal extrusion mold are obtained, Die & Mold Technology CAD.
