目的检测郑氏植物蛋白(Zheng’s plant protein segment,ZPP)在正常乳腺组织及浸润性乳腺癌中的表达,分析其在乳腺癌诊断及判定预后中的重要作用。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测ZPP在正常乳腺组织和浸润性乳腺癌中的表达,以及与雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)、孕激素受体(progesterone receptor,PR)、人表皮生长因子受体-2(c-erbB-2)和E-钙黏附素(E-cadherin)的表达情况对比分析。结果正常乳腺组织23例中,ZPP呈阳性表达8例,阳性率34.78%。乳腺浸润癌93例中,ZPP呈阳性表达81例,阳性率87.10%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。ZPP片段的表达与淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),其在浸润性癌的阳性表达与ER、PR及E-cadherin的表达呈明显的正相关(P<0.01),与c-erbB-2表达呈明显负相关(P<0.01)。结论标记ZPP对乳腺癌的诊断及判定淋巴结转移具有较大价值,与雌、孕激素等指标的协同关系对于预后判定发挥着较大作用。
Objective To detect the expression of Zheng’s plant protein segment (ZPP) in normal breast tissue and invasive breast cancer, and to analyze its important role in the diagnosis and prognosis of breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of ZPP in normal breast tissue and invasive breast cancer. The expressions of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), human epidermal growth factor Comparative analysis of the expression of c-erbB-2 and E-cadherin. Results In 23 cases of normal breast tissue, 8 cases were positive for ZPP, the positive rate was 34.78%. In 93 cases of invasive breast cancer, 81 cases were positive for ZPP, the positive rate was 87.10%. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The expression of ZPP was closely related to the lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The positive expression of ZPP was positively correlated with the expression of ER, PR and E-cadherin in invasive carcinoma (P <0.01) There was a significant negative correlation (P <0.01). Conclusion The marker ZPP is of great value in the diagnosis of breast cancer and the determination of lymph node metastasis. The synergistic relationship with the indices of estrogen and progesterone plays a greater role in the prognosis of breast cancer.
