“打车难”一直是近年来社会关注的问题,随着“互联网+”时代的到来,建立在手机和移动互联网基础上的打车服务平台实现了乘客与出租车之间信息互通,也影响着广大人民的打车问题。本文以提高匹配效率为目的,建立最优供求匹配动态任务分派模型,综合考虑空间和时间因素,将城市划分为若干区域,制定分区域动态实时补贴方案。结果显示补偿金额高峰时段要高于常规时段,人多车少区域的补贴金额要高于人少车多区域。对今后的实际生产和应用具有重要的参考价值。
With the advent of “Internet + ” era, the taxi service platform based on mobile phones and mobile internet has realized the exchange of information between passengers and taxis, It also affects the taxi ride problem of the broad masses of people. In order to improve the efficiency of matching, this paper establishes the optimal dynamic assignment model of supply and demand matching. Considering the space and time, the city is divided into several regions and a sub-region dynamic real-time subsidy scheme is formulated. The results show that the peak compensation period is higher than the regular time period, and the subsidy amount in the area with more people and cars is higher than that in the area with fewer cars and cars. It has important reference value for the actual production and application in the future.
