目的观察围生期营养指导在妇幼保健工作中的应用效果。方法选择2016年6~12月医院产科接诊的围生期孕妇640例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各320例,观察组进行详细的营养指导,对照组进行常规的健康教育,对比2组孕妇身体所含的微量元素,并观察2组孕妇并发症的发生情况。结果观察组孕妇脂肪以及钠含量低于对照组,其他营养元素的含量明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇并发症总发生率为8.75%明显低于对照组的27.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在围生期为孕妇提供营养指导,可以均衡地摄入微量元素,有利于胎儿的健康发育。
Objective To observe the effect of perinatal nutrition guidance on maternal and child health care. Methods Sixty-four perinatal pregnant women admitted to obstetrics from June 2016 to December 2016 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 320 cases in each group. The observation group was given detailed nutritional guidance and the control group received routine health education , Comparing the pregnant women contained in the two groups of trace elements, and observed the incidence of complications in two groups of pregnant women. Results Compared with the control group, the contents of fat and sodium in pregnant women in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The total incidence of complications of pregnant women in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (8.75% vs 27.81%, P <0.05). Conclusions In the perinatal period to provide nutritional guidance for pregnant women, can be a balanced intake of trace elements, is conducive to the healthy development of the fetus.
