第二轮志书记述的时段是近20年左右当代史,这段历史的本质特征是由体制转换以及工业化、城市化、现代化、国际化冲击所带来的社会大转型。第二轮修志的特殊意义在于保存和抢救快速变迁中的民间传统文化以及社会集体记忆。其所体现的文化传承保护意识以及当代人文关怀,是历史上任何一个时期修志所没有的,这是第二轮志书当代性的特殊价值所在。第二轮修志应当将当代所面临的现实使命与地方志的功用相结合,在修志过程中体现明确的使命感和地方追求,体现志书的当代价值。
The second round of Shi Zhi recounts the period of about 20 years or so of contemporary history. The essential feature of this period of history is the social transformation brought about by institutional transformation and industrialization, urbanization, modernization and internationalization. The special significance of the second round of revision lies in preserving and rescuing the traditional folk culture and social collective memories in the rapidly changing period. The consciousness of cultural heritage protection and the contemporary humane care embodied by it are not found in the history books of the ancient times, which is the special value of the second generation of the modern history books. The second round of revisionism should combine the realistic mission confronting contemporary with the function of local history, manifest a clear mission and local pursuit in the process of revisionism, and reflect the contemporary value of the journal.
