从农家参田中挑选了许多具有独特性状的植株,以便培育出具有所需性状的人参新品种。从这些被挑选出来的植株中通过与当地己经分离纯化了的地方品种栽培比较, 现己培育出几个很有希望的品系。对它们进行了10 年的地域性和适应性跟踪试验, 并被命名为“KG”(Korean Ginseng) 系列品系。KG系列的4 年生人参长势强壮,特别是KG102 品系显示出茎多而株矮的特性。KG101 品系的主根显示出比地方品种Jakyung -jong 和其它品系都长的特性;而KG102 品系的根重比地方品种高出15% 。一般说来,KG101,KG103,KG104种Hwangsuk -jong 根形较好。KG103 品系主根的人参总皂甙含量最高。通过这些研究,我们选择出了三个优良品系,即KG101,KG102 和KG103,它们分别具有根形好,产量高和人参皂甙含量大的特性。
A number of plants with unique traits were selected from the farmland to cultivate new varieties of ginseng with the desired traits. From these selected plants, several promising lines have now been cultivated by comparison with locally cultivated local cultivars. They conducted a 10-year regional and adaptive tracking test and were named the “Korean Ginseng” line. KG-series 4-year-old ginseng grow strong, especially the KG102 strains show more stems and shorter plant characteristics. The main roots of the KG101 line showed longer characteristics than the local lines Jakyung-jong and other lines, whereas the KG102 line had 15% more root weight than the local lines. In general, KG101, KG103, KG104 Hwangsuk-jong root shape is better. The ginseng root saponin content of KG103 strain was the highest. Through these studies, we have selected three elite lines, namely KG101, KG102 and KG103, which have the characteristics of good root shape, high yield and high ginsenoside content.
