对籼稻“3037”和粳稻“02428”、“9325”施用化学杀雄剂号,研究其对水稻生长发育的影响。结果显示,盆栽和大田条件下,在水稻幼穗发育的不同时期一次性使用化学杀雄剂号,除了不同程度地导致水稻雄性不育外,对水稻株高、穗长、总粒数均有一定的影响,与对照(喷清水)相比,株高矮45~112cm、穗长短08~33cm、总粒数少77~291粒,而对抽穗期、开花习性和雌蕊育性基本无影响或影响很小。化学杀雄剂号诱导水稻雄性不育属于无花粉型败育。
