目的 :通过定喘口服液对止咳、平喘、祛痰、抗炎的试验 ,为深入研究提供依据。方法 :采用氨水喷雾法 ,喷雾致喘法 ,小鼠气管段酚红排泌法 ,小鼠耳廓肿胀等方法 ,试验观察本剂具有的药理作用。结果 :高低剂量对氨水引咳的R值分别为195 .2 %,137.2 %,能明显延长喷雾致喘豚鼠的潜伏期 ,能明显促进小鼠气管段酚红排泌量 ,对二甲苯所致小鼠的耳廓肿胀有明显的抑制作用。结论 :定喘口服液具有较好的止咳、祛痰、抗炎、平喘作用
OBJECTIVE: To provide a basis for further research through Dingchuan oral liquid on the cough, asthma, expectorant and anti-inflammatory experiments. Methods: Ammonia spray method, spray induced asthma method, mouse tracheal phenol red excretion method, mouse ear swelling and other methods to test the pharmacological effects of this agent. Results: The R value of high dose and low dose for ammonia cough were 195.2% and 137.2% respectively, which could significantly prolong the incubation period of guinea pigs induced by aerosol spray, significantly promote the excretion of phenol red in trachea of mice, Mouse ear swelling has obvious inhibitory effect. Conclusion: Dingchuan oral liquid has good cough, expectorant, anti-inflammatory and antiasthmatic effects
