采用简单的热蒸发锌粉的化学气相沉积工艺,研究了生长时间对钉状ZnO纳微结构和光致发光性质的影响,并探讨了钉状ZnO的生长机理。采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射和荧光光谱对其进行表征,结果表明:在10~70min生长时间下,所有产物均为钉状产物,说明了钉帽结构形成于降温阶段,与生长时间及生长气氛无关;所有产物沿c轴择优生长,且随着时间的增加,反应器内的化学环境促使更多晶粒开始沿着c轴生长;产物的紫外发射峰与绿光发射峰的强度比随生长时间呈先增加后减小的趋势。
The effect of growth time on the nanostructures and photoluminescence properties of spinel ZnO nanowires was studied by simple chemical vapor deposition of thermally evaporated zinc powder. The growth mechanism of spiky ZnO was also discussed. Scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and fluorescence spectroscopy were used to characterize the products. The results showed that all the products were nails-like products at 10 ~ 70min growth time, indicating that the formation of nail-cap structure was in the cooling stage, and the growth time and growth atmosphere All the products grow preferentially along the c axis, and with the increase of time, the chemical environment in the reactor causes more grains to start to grow along the c axis. The intensity ratio of the UV emission peak to the green emission peak of the product increases with the growth Time first increased and then decreased.
