以酶解木质素(EHL)和胱氨酸为原料,通过Mannich反应制备了胱氨酸改性酶解木质素(EHL-g-Cys)。研究了反应温度、反应时间对EHL-g-Cys的产率和接枝率的影响。红外光谱和元素分析的结果表明胱氨酸已经接枝到EHL分子上。在反应时间为3h,反应温度为90°C,EHL-g-Cys的最大接枝率和产率分别为13.75%和39.72%。同时,EHL-g-Cys对银离子具有良好的吸附性能,较未改性EHL的吸附容量有明显提高。
Cystine-modified enzymolysis lignin (EHL-g-Cys) was prepared by Mannich reaction using enzymatic lignin (EHL) and cystine as raw materials. The effects of reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield and grafting rate of EHL-g-Cys were investigated. The results of IR and elemental analysis indicate that cystine has been grafted onto the EHL molecule. The maximum grafting yield and yield of EHL-g-Cys were 13.75% and 39.72% at the reaction time of 3h and the reaction temperature of 90 ° C, respectively. At the same time, EHL-g-Cys has good adsorption capacity for silver ions, which is obviously higher than that of unmodified EHL.
