在临床上广泛地应用抗菌素治疗布氏桿菌病,但治疗效果并不是非常完善。有的学者们认为这是由于抗菌素能降低机体免疫力的形成与发展的结果,因而主张用抗菌素与菌苗合并疗法,以弥补单用抗菌素传染的缺陷。也有的学者认为,经抗菌素治疗后的患者往往再发,可能与布氏桿菌细胞内生长有关。
Antibiotics are widely used clinically to treat brucellosis, but the effect of treatment is not very good. Some scholars think that this is because the antibiotics can reduce the formation and development of the immunity of the body and therefore advocate the use of antibiotics and vaccine combination therapy to make up for the shortcomings of single antibiotic infection. Some scholars believe that patients after antibiotic treatment often recurrence may be related to the growth of Brucella cell growth.
