通过对比利时、法国、澳大利亚、泰国等国家社区精神卫生服务模式的对比分析,认为其社区老年精神卫生服务的宗旨和理念、资源配置模式、组织体系等方面值得我国借鉴,并在此基础提出了建立“以人为本”的社区精神卫生服务理念、整合现有精神卫生资源,提高资源利用率等政策建议。
By contrasting the community mental health service modes in Belgium, France, Australia, Thailand and other countries, we think that the purpose and concept of community mental health service, resource allocation model and organizational system are worthy of our country’s reference Establishing a “people-oriented” concept of community mental health services, integrating existing mental health resources and improving resource utilization.
