一、引言在冷拉作业中,拉模的制造是一件比较复杂细致的工作。如模孔之加工成形、表面精度等,无不影响工作质量;特别是拉模的热处理,对寿命影响更大。我厂热处理车间在以往对于此项工作不够重视,工作人员又缺乏一定的经验,因而曾一度造成冷拉模制造的一段困难。後经车间技术员蔡省方、工场长张曾两同志与工人同志不断钻研,到目前已对(?)12高碳高铬钢冷拉模的热处理方法得到进一步的改进。用於金属冷变形的拉模,必须具有极高的硬度和耐磨性能以及极小的淬火变形,以保证较长的使用寿命及使拉料达到精碓的尺寸和形状。因而冷拉模制造材料的选择及工艺过程的制订,必须慎重,
I. Introduction Cold-drawing operations, the manufacture of drawing dies is a more complicated and meticulous work.
