本工作利用非稳态方法研究了有限空间的自然对流传热。该方法具有实验装置简单,测试方便,重复性好,以及一次实验能获得多个对应于不同R_(?)数的N_u数等优点;因而为研究有限空间自然对流传热提供了一种简便而可靠的新方法。为验证本方法的可靠性,对水平夹层有限空间对流传热进行了实验,实验结果与各家文献的推荐值很相近。本实验采用了倒置实验装置法,能成功地扣除辐射及侧壁热损等影响,使实验数据的处理大为简化,并提高了实验精度。此外,利用了该方法对蜂窝结构抑制自然对流热损的功能进行了初步研究。
This work uses the unsteady method to study the natural convective heat transfer in a limited space. The method has the advantages of simple experimental apparatus, convenient testing, good repeatability, and the ability to obtain multiple N_u numbers corresponding to different R_ (?) Numbers in an experiment. Therefore, the method provides a simple and convenient method for studying natural convection heat transfer in a limited space Reliable new method. In order to verify the reliability of this method, convective heat transfer in a confined space with horizontal interlayer was tested. The experimental results are in good agreement with the recommended values from various literatures. In this experiment, an inverted experimental setup method was used to successfully deduct the effects of radiation and heat loss on the sidewalls. This greatly simplifies the experimental data processing and improves the experimental accuracy. In addition, this method is used to study the honeycomb structure to suppress the natural convection heat loss.
