七、质量保证的手段 在GB/T19000—ISO9000《质量管理和质量保证》系列标准中,规定了三种不同的关于外部质量保证的质量体系标准,它对应着三种不同的质量保证手段。 (一)以质量检验为手段的质量保证 当供需双方在综合考虑选择质量保证模式的条件和有关因素,确定选用GB/T19003—ISO9003模式标准,即要求供方只保证最终检验和试验阶段符合规定要求的情况下,将采用以质量检验为手段的质量保证。 按GB/T19003—ISO9003《质量体系——最终检验和试验的质量保证模式》的规定,以质量检验为手段

Means of Quality Assurance In the GB/T19000—ISO9000 “Quality Management and Quality Assurance” series of standards, there are three different quality system standards for external quality assurance, which correspond to three different quality assurance measures. (1) Quality assurance by means of quality inspection When the supply and demand sides comprehensively consider the conditions and relevant factors for selecting the quality assurance model, the selection of the GB/T19003-ISO9003 model standard requires the supplier to ensure that the final inspection and testing phase meets the requirements. If required, quality assurance will be used as a means of quality inspection.
