从五十年代以来的近半个世纪里,中国戏曲音乐的艺术实践和理论研究活动,在中国戏曲八百多年的发展史上,是一个最活跃的时期。戏曲音乐的创作、演唱及乐队演奏等艺术实践,大大地推动了戏曲艺术的提高和发展。如果说剧本是戏曲艺术之本,那么,戏曲音乐则是整个戏曲艺术的灵魂。在新的历史时期,一个剧种能否保持自己的生命力和艺术魅力,戏曲音乐常常起着举足轻重的作用。特别是改革开放以来,为了适应从计划经济向市场经济转型的需要,戏曲艺术在寻求新发展的过程中,戏曲音乐自身的改革就显得格外重要。
In the past half century since the 1950s, the art practice and theoretical research activities of Chinese opera music have been one of the most active periods in the development history of Chinese opera for more than 800 years. The artistic practice of the creation, singing and band playing of opera music has greatly promoted the improvement and development of opera art. If the script is the basis of opera art, opera music is the soul of the whole opera art. In the new historical period, a drama can maintain its vitality and artistic charm, opera music often plays a decisive role. Especially since the reform and opening up, in order to meet the needs of the transition from a planned economy to a market economy, the reform of opera music itself becomes especially important in the process of seeking new development for opera art.
