[目的]创制具有较高生物活性的绿色农药。[方法]将具有优良生物活性的肟酯基团与1,4-戊二烯-3-酮结构有机结合,设计合成了一系列新型含肟酯结构的姜黄素衍生物,并在质量浓度为500 mg/L时,测定了目标化合物的抗烟草花叶病毒活性。[结果]该系列目标化合物结构经IR,1H NMR、13C NMR和HRMS确证,抗病毒活性测试结果表明:在实验测试浓度下,绝大部分化合物对烟草花叶病毒拥有较好的抑制活性。[结论]1,4-戊二烯-3-酮肟酯类化合物对烟草花叶病毒具有较好的抑制作用,在其结构基础上进行一定的结构修饰,有望得到具有较高生物活性的有机小分子。
[Objective] To create a green pesticide with high biological activity. [Method] A series of new curcuminoid derivatives containing oxime ester structure were designed and synthesized by combining the oxime ester group with excellent bioactivity with 1,4-pentadiene-3-one structure. At the mass concentration of At 500 mg / L, the target compounds were tested for anti-tobacco mosaic virus activity. [Result] The structures of target compounds in this series were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS.
