目的:了解贲门癌组织中ATP7B的表达情况。方法:采用免疫组化ABC法检测49例河南贲门癌高发区贲门癌及其相应癌旁正常组织中ATP7B的表达。结果:ATP7B在贲门癌组织中阳性表达率为51%(25/49),高于癌旁正常组织中的29%(14/49),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.15,P<0.05)。贲门癌组织ATP7B表达与肿瘤体积、淋巴结转移和远处转移无关,而与肿瘤分化程度有关。结论:ATP7B在贲门癌对铂类抗肿瘤药的先天耐药形成过程中发挥了重要作用,ATP7B可作为贲门癌的预后判断指标。
Objective: To understand the expression of ATP7B in cardia cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to detect the expression of ATP7B in 49 cases of cardia carcinoma and its corresponding paracancerous tissues in the high incidence area of cardia cancer in Henan province. Results: The positive rate of ATP7B in gastric cardia was 51% (25/49), which was significantly higher than that in normal tissues (29/49) (χ2 = 5.15, P <0.05) . Cardiac cancer tissue ATP7B expression and tumor volume, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis has nothing to do, but with the degree of tumor differentiation. Conclusion: ATP7B plays an important role in the formation of innate resistance to platinum anticancer drugs in cardia cancer, ATP7B can be used as a prognostic indicator of cardia cancer.
