文章通过对重力热管井筒伴热方式在我国稠油油田上的应用实例调研,阐明重力热管在井筒中的工作原理及其对井筒流体热损失的影响,并结合大庆外围江桥稠油油田开采现状,对比分析重力热管井筒伴热方式与热流体、电热管伴热方式各自的优缺点,着眼于节能降耗的大趋势,开展江桥油田实施重力热管节能技术的可行性论证,为大庆外围稠油开发提供了一条新的技术思路。
The article investigates the application of gravity heat pipe well heat tracing method in heavy oil field in China, clarifies the working principle of gravity heat pipe in wellbore and its influence on fluid loss in wellbore fluid, and combined with the current exploitation status of Jiangqiao heavy oil field in Daqing , Comparatively analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the heat tracing method of gravity heat pipe wellbore and the heat tracing methods of hot fluid and electric heating pipe, and focused on the general trend of energy saving and consumption reduction, carried out feasibility study on implementing energy-saving technology of gravity heat pipe in Jiangqiao Oilfield, Oil development provides a new technical idea.
