本文根据近年来厂里生产不锈钢模锻件的经验,论证了以适当增大毛边桥部高度来提高锻模寿命的方法。经批量生产实践证明,这种方法可使锻模的平均寿命提高3～5倍,效果十分令人满意。
Based on the experience of producing stainless steel forgings in the factory in recent years, this article demonstrates a method to increase the life of forging dies by appropriately increasing the height of the flashover bridges. After mass production practice has proved that this method can make forging die life expectancy increased by 3 to 5 times, the effect is very satisfactory.
