目前全国有数百家出版社,每年出书约10万种,竞争异常激烈。我们中国审计出版社作为行业出版社,成立时间较晚,编辑力量相对薄弱,这几年在全社职工共同努力下,虽然取得了一定的成绩,在激烈的市场竞争中站住了脚。当前,提高图书质量,增进出版效益,使出版社不断发展、壮大,是摆在我社面前的头等大事。 首先,要增强全社的政治意识、大局意识、责任意识。1983年中共中央、国务院关于加强出版工作的决定明确指出:“社会主义出版工作者首先是宣传教育工作,具有鲜明的思想性和革命性。”我们必须清醒地认识到,图书出版的首要功能是宣传教育功能,
