取昆明种新生小鼠后肢肌肉1 mm~3置于普通培养皿内,在含羊成骨蛋白(sBMP)1、5、10、50 μg/ml的1640培养基内培养10 d,sBMP各浓度组均有成软骨反应,10μg/ml组成骨反应最好,成骨率达80%,有4个肌肉块完全转化成软骨团。本实验建立了一个体外诱导成骨的实验模型,为骨诱导的深入研究提供了一个简便的组织培养方法。
