血站是公益性事业单位,但以其他事业单位相比较,其财务管理、会计核算具有一定的特殊性。财务管理是单位组织的重要工作之一,血站的经济性质具有双重性,造成了血站的财务管理工作没有成熟的经验借鉴参考,在很大程度上制约了血站财务管理工作的实施和发展。在国家规定了血液收费标准的情况下,加强血站财务管理,实行血液成本核算,越来越被管理者重视。本文首先分析了血站财务管理存在的问题,其次,从应用先进的计算机信息技术,推进血站财务与业务一体化管理工作。本文主要从血站财务管理工作中存在的问题入手,针对性的提出了几点改进对策。旨在抛砖引玉,为血站行业的发展进上绵薄之力。
