为在世纪之交达到将信息服务推向更高层次、实现向市场过渡的目标,经上级批准,《影视技术》与《影视播放技术》将于1999年1月合刊。合刊后的刊名将延用《影视技术》。合刊是改革的需要,亦为我们进一步办好刊物提供了新的机遇,赋予了新的起点。这个新的机遇,就是促使合刊后的新《影视技术》加快实现“三个立足与三个面向”:其一是“立足电影技术,面向视频与播放技术”。刊物将突出反映电影声画信息由
