对井下常用零件-钢丝胶管的切割做了一些实验研究,实验采用前混合磨料射流进行切割,由于磨料水射流具有切割时无味、无气体产生、无火花、加工安全、振动小、噪声低等优点,使其有可能成为煤矿井下危险环境安全切割的适用技术。试验探讨了射流压力、磨料流量、喷射靶距和横移速度对切割深度的影响。
Some experiments have been done on the cutting of wire hoses, which is commonly used in the well. The experiment uses the mixed abrasive jet before cutting. Since the abrasive water jet has the advantages of no odor, no gas, no spark, safe processing, small vibration and low noise during cutting , Making it possible to become a suitable technology for the safe cutting of dangerous environment in coal mines. The effects of jet pressure, abrasive flow, jet target distance and traversing speed on the depth of cut were discussed.
