背景 近年来,由于静安区人口大量导出,适龄入学的人数锐减。为了更好地生存与发展,爱国学校以学校前几年小学小班教育的经验为依托,决定在多年开展“新基础教育”推广研究的基础上,以科研为先导,进行初中小班化教育实验。2003年,学校成为上海市“初中小班化教育”试点学校,同时确立市级规划课题《在“新基础教育”理念指导下初中小班化教育教师课堂教学中对话行为的研究》。
Background In recent years, due to the large population of Jing’an District, the number of school-age children dropped drastically.
