小学生模仿性强,又富有积极向上的进取心,因而,在思想品德课教学中,结合学生实际,树立榜样,启发、引导全班学生向榜样学习,可以收到事半功倍的效果。我在教学中的具体做法是。一、教师言传身教,反复讲清道理,注重启发、诱导,扩大榜样影响。上学期刚开学,我就发现一位同学有意损坏课堂里的凳子。这要在以前,我就会采取简单的做法:批评一顿完事。这次我没有这样做。在恳切地指出那位同学损坏公物的行为不对之后,我亲自动手跟这个同学一道把凳子修好。在修理凳子的过程中,我耐心地给他讲过去抗日小学的小朋友们坐在地上上课的故事和爱护公共财物是少先队员应有的美德的道理。这个同学很受感动。为了教育全班同学,我在进行《爱护公共财物》这个专题教学时,在讲清道理之后引导同学们讨论:①×××同学损坏公物的行为对不对?为什么?②从树木到凳子要经过哪些艰苦的劳动?③我们得到了什么教育?今后应该怎样

This classmate was very touched. In order to educate the whole class of students, I conducted my teaching on “Protecting Public Property” and guided my classmates after discussion of reasoning: ①XXX students' behavior of damaging public property right? Why? ②Through the trees to the stool What hard work? ③ what kind of education have we got? What should we do in the future?
