自上世纪70年代末中国内地实行对外开放以来.香港和台湾就一直是内地最主要的外来投资者。他们在给内地带来资金、技术的同时,也带来了现代企业的经营理念和管理经验。这些经营理念和管理经验对提升内地的企业素质,规范企业的管理运作,推动国内企业与国际规则接轨等方面起到了非常积极的作用;另一方面,无论是台商还是港商,由于他们在经营上与内地一样,都根植于中国传统文化土壤上的运作,因此,他们的企业经营理念和管理模式较之西方企业理念更容易融合到内地企业的实践中。在迄今为止的中国企业管理水平提升过程中,来自港台企业的理念和经验在影响力上一直产生着潜移默化的独特效果。在本期的特别策划栏目中,我们对部分港台企业的企业家和商界名流人士作了相关专访,通过对他们所述管理经验的记录,为我们的读者提供某种借鉴和参考。
Since the opening of the Chinese mainland to the outside world in the late 1970s, Hong Kong and Taiwan have always been the major foreign investors in the Mainland. While bringing capital and technology to the hinterland, they also brought about the management concepts and management experience of modern enterprises. These management concepts and management experience have played a very positive role in upgrading the quality of enterprises in the Mainland, standardizing the management and operation of enterprises, and promoting the convergence of domestic enterprises with international rules. On the other hand, both Taiwanese and Hong Kong businessmen, As with the Mainland, it is rooted in the operation of the soil of traditional Chinese culture. Therefore, their business philosophy and management model are more likely to be integrated into the practice of mainland enterprises than that of western enterprises. In the process of upgrading the management level of Chinese enterprises to date, the concepts and experiences of RTHK’s enterprises have always had a subtle and unique effect on their influence. In this special section of the program, we made some interviews with some entrepreneurs from Hong Kong and Taiwan and celebrities from business circles. By recording their management experience, we can provide some reference for our readers.
