现代教学理念认为,课堂教学不是预设教案的机械执行,而是在课堂上重新生成、不断组织的过程,是人性不断张扬、发展、提升的过程。从生命力的高度来看,每一节课都是不可重复的激情与智慧综合生成过程。这样的课堂,会不断涌现学生各种各样的反应,会不断产生始料未及的信息,面对种种突如其来的变故。课堂上教师要根据变化的情形不断地、灵活地调整自己的行为,综合把握课堂各种各样的信息,及时做出正确的判断,采取积极、得当、有效的措施,将教学引向深入。
