据测定,花生壳中粗蛋白(7.7%)、粗脂防(5.9%)、粗纤维(55.9%)的含量均高于棉子壳中的粗蛋白(7.3%)、粗脂肪(3.5%)、粗纤维(37.0%)的含量.用其作培养料栽培平菇,1kg花生壳可产平菇1kg,价值2元,且种菇后的菌糠是优质的牲畜饲料,因此具有可观的经济效益.现将其技术要点介绍如下:(一)原料处理将花生壳用筛孔直径为5mm的饲料粉碎机粉碎.100kg花生壳加水160～180kg.先用一半的水将料拌湿,然后加入玉米面5%,过磷酸钙和石灰粉各2%,拌均匀后再把另一半水拌入料中.
