近日,央行行长周小川表示,近期将不会专门针对房屋贷款出台单独的利率政策,但有可能通 过基准利率的调整来控制房地产价格。对于“中国是否已进入加息周期”的疑虑,周小川也肯 定,由于中国的经济周期性还不很稳定,因此从利率的角度还不能说现在已经进入了某个周期。 最近所出台的一系列利率政策的主要意图在于给消费者一个风险提示,从而控制增长过快的房 地产价格,保护未来要购房、租房的居民利益。
