使用经过改进的免耕直播机,进行了夏玉米免耕直播、耙茬播种和耕翻播种三种不同方式的对比试验。试验分两个阶段,第一阶段主要解决免耕直播(条播、播后还需人工间苗)。第二阶段使用由西德引进的自动检拾装卸车,茎杆粉碎机和免耕点播机(由精量点播机改装而成)解决腾地和免耕点播的机械化。六年的试验结果证明,免耕直播与其他两种方式相比,在播种日期相同的条件下,产量无显著盖异,而且还有以下好处:1.可以提早播种1—2天。2.有抗旱、防涝的作用。3.有利于密植抗倒伏。4.节能省工,提高经济效益。
Using the improved no-tillage direct seeding machine, the comparison experiments of three different ways of summer maize no-tillage direct seeding, rake tillage seeding and tillage seeding were carried out. The experiment is divided into two stages, the first stage mainly to solve the no-tillage live broadcast (sowing, artificial sowing after sowing). The second phase used mechanized pick-up trucks, stalk mills and no-tillage on-board machines (adapted from precision-on-demand machines) that were introduced by West Germany. Six-year trial results show that no-tillage and direct-seeded compared with the other two methods, the same seeding date under the same conditions, no significant differences in yield, but also the following benefits: 1. Can be sown early 1-2 days. 2. Drought, waterlogging effect. 3 is conducive to planting anti-lodging. 4. Energy saving, improve economic efficiency.
