周海波,广东省清远市人民医院院长、主任医师、教授,硕士研究生导师。第十一届、十二届全国人大代表、中华医院管理学会副理事长、广东省医院协会副会长、中国医师协会胸心血管外科分会委员、中国医师协会心脏瓣膜外科工作委员会委员、广东省医师协会重症医学分会委员,先后荣获“广东省白求恩式先进医务工作者”“2011中华儿女年度人物”“全国医药卫生系统创先争优活动先进个人”、2014年广东医院优秀院长等称号等荣誉。
