家事诉讼程序是民事诉讼程序的重要组成部分,而家事诉讼程序又与普通的民事诉讼程序存在较大差异,近些年来,随着社会的不断发展,家庭中的矛盾和问题凸显出来,传统的民事诉讼程序显然已经不能妥善解决我国纷繁复杂的家事诉讼的变化。许多学者对家事诉讼程序的研究理论日益先进,在2012年召开的家事诉讼制度程序及立法完善研讨会上,众多专家建议针对家事问题,理应建设起与之相对应的家事诉讼程序。
