本文基于目前较为流行的图象编码方法——Huffman编码的优缺点和其适应性,使用DM编码对其进行改进。遵循两个途径:1.先使用DM编码进行预处理,再使用Huffman编码进行压缩。2.先使用Hufman编码压缩,再使用DM编码进行事后处理。文中针对二值图象,256级灰度图象进行了大量实验,得出了较有意义的结论。同时针对16色、256色及16.7兆色的彩色图象的实现,给出了分析和建议。另外,对于此方法在图象文件和声音文件压缩方面的适应性也作了说明。
This article based on the more popular image coding method - Huffman coding advantages and disadvantages and its adaptability, using DM coding to improve it. Follow two pathways: 1. The first use of DM coding for preprocessing, and then use Huffman coding compression. 2. Use Hufman encoding compression first, and then use DM encoding for post-processing. In this paper, a large number of experiments have been carried out on binary images and 256-level grayscale images, and more meaningful conclusions have been obtained. At the same time, the analysis and suggestions are given for the realization of color images of 16 colors, 256 colors and 16.7 megabytes. In addition, the adaptability of this method in the compression of image files and sound files is also described.
